Santa Clarita’s median home price climbed to $600,000 in December 2005.
This is an all-time high for single-family homes in this area, a local realtor’s group said Tuesday.
This figure is up $5,000 from November 2005 and $81,000 from the previous year-end. 2005 saw a 15.6% increase in the median price, according to figures from the Southland Regional Association of Realtors. To read more on this subject go to Wednesday’s Signal Newspaper.
