Wind-driven brush fires burned on the wildland fringe of Los Angeles & in three other counties Wednesday, scorching thousands of acres, killing thousands of chickens at a farm & destroying homes, while threatening others.
In fact, as of 7am Thursday morning the Chatsworth fire was still burning out of control & headed west toward Ventura County while nearly a thousand firefighters do their best to contain the massive blaze.
