Life Coaching with Alex Urbina – May 29, 2015

On Today’s show Host Alex Urbina sits down with co-host Jazmine Urbina and discusses being bigger than your circumstances. About how you should be able to overcome situations that come up into your life and not let it effect your life in a negative way.

Most people for example when they get ready to go to work in the morning happen to get a flat tire, Alex said. They then have multiple choices to make. Do they call work? Fix the tire and rush to work in anger because you are late. Not call work and just be late. Not fix your tire and just go back inside and miss work that day.

Being bigger than your circumstance is when you get that flat tire and quickly say to yourself ‘ok, now what.” A sort of ok this happened in my life and now what attitude.
