Life Coaching with Alex Urbina – June 26, 2015

On Today’s show, Host Alex Urbina sits down with Co-Host Jazmine Urbina and talks about how to deal with difficult people.

What does it mean to you for a person to be difficult?

Dealing with challenging people is not their fault, it is on you. They are not the problem. You can’t change people. You must change what you can control and get a handle on that, Alex said.

You are the person that puts difficult people in the “difficult” box. You are the person that chooses to be angry, frustrated, annoyed because of some others actions. However if you take a moment to look at the situation you can shake it off in a sense.

You are the one who decides whether or not to get stressed out. Once you realize that you can let go of so called difficult people go and not let them effect you. You can’t control people but you can control if and how it will effect you.
