Michele is the head chef at Pizza del Sardo. They started the show by teasing the listeners about all of the tasty things Pizza del Sardo offers on their menu.

As the head chef Michele, some days he works 12 hours and most of those hours are spent on his feet. He started to have back problems from being on his feet too much. He continued to have back problems and went to several different doctors, regular physicians and holistic ones as well but it wasn’t until he saw Doctor Polucki that he got lasting relief.
