The show opens with Dr. Dorio congratulating Zonta for donating to the Senior Center to allow a grant for some women’s empowerment (life as a widow) workshops, taking place next week at the SCV Senior Center.

Facey is planning for a new building to be added to the hospital which will add space and be helpful for units such as Dr. Marter’s OB department.
Dr. Marter also discusses the advances in robotic surgery.

Gene Dorio, M.D. has practiced Internal Medicine in the SCV since 1988. A member of the medical staff at Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, he is very active in local senior affairs.
