He started training Jiu Jistsu in November of 2014 and has participated in several competitions, placing in Pan American as both a white and a blue belt. Coach Edgar has experienced the benefits of Gracie Barra first hand and with the guidance of Professor Robert, Coach Edgar is the approved owner of Gracie Barra Valencia. He continues to further his training under Professor Robert Hill and looks to share his passion for Jiu Jitsu with others.”

Issues in CA with taxes:

- Real Estate (commercial and residential) is the only thing that can’t leave

Soft freeze and hard freeze with pension plans:
Soft freeze – no new employees are a part of the pension system
Hard freeze – the pension will freeze and not grow via normal healthy conditions “shut down the whole show” – Jeff Girard
IF a company goes in to default, you could also lose your pension and it goes to a pension benefit corporation, an insurance company’s management whose job is to decide how much an employee is to receive (often much, much less than what should be given)
