Life Leadership with Alex Urbina – October 27, 2014

Alex took another metaphysical and deeply cerebral path on the latest edition of Life Leadership. The esteemed life coach had planned to dissect the behavior of America’s Generation Y. Generation Y has popularly been classified as lazy, technology obsessed and often disrespectful. But is that truly an accurate description? Are these characteristics of a delusional youth or a misrepresentation of an emerging attitude – and one that is increasingly becoming the norm? In order to tackle this, KHTS co-owner Jeri Seratti-Goldman graced the KHTS live on-air studio. She is an active member of the community and has positively impacted thousands of people, in addition to having a loving relationship with two sons that a part of Generation Y. She described how diverse her children’s mindsets can be, even though their age gap is only a few years. Alex notes how this illustrates the speed at which Generation Y is evolving and why it is imperative to maintain a relationship with our children and families in order to understand any emerging consciousness.
