“If you live in the SCV, you could be next on the list to be robbed, burglarized, assaulted … or maybe worse. You don’t want that to happen and that’s why you need to call Copper Eagle Patrol & Security. Copper Eagle can provide on-site security officers, roving patrols or video surveillance, among other services. Keep your home and office safe!”
Coach opens the show with special guest-host Isaiah Talley of Copper Eagle Patrol to share a little about safety within the community as well as several tips for personal safety.
Since 2003, Yeskel has written his annual “Las Vegas Bets” roundup for Travel Weekly. David gives several tips to maximize your Las Vegas experience. Read more on his website.
“There’s no offseason when it comes to weekends at Vegas,” claims David Yeskel, The Vegas Guru. It’s important to speak with a veteran of the Las Vegas scene to know when and where to go; the city is bound to be jammed with an influx of people from all areas of the world.
The Vegas Guru gives several good tips and advice for places to stay with less traffic. He says resorts such as Red Rock Casino and the M Resort, where weekday stays can range anywhere from $100-200 a night. For a resort stay that is definitely a bargain.
In the final segment, Talley gives our listeners his last thoughts on how to perform in the highest-leverage situations. “Perfect practice, makes perfect,” Talley says matter-of-factly. Repetition, repetition, repetition. Self-defense can only work if your body is so vastly trained that it can react before your brain has time to process the information. With the dramatic increase of heart rate, your brain is destined to be foggy, the only thing you have is your training.
