COC Football on KHTS

Santa Clarita Sports Report: October 31, 2014

Hart has a six-game winning streak and is 3-0 in the Foothill League.

Saugus has lost two games in a row and is 1-2 in league.

The Valencia football team is on the road against Canyon tonight. Valencia is looking to keep pace with Hart. The Vikings are 3-0 in the Foothill League.

Santa Clarita High School Football

Canyon is looking to keep its Foothill League championship hopes alive. The Cowboys are 2-1 in league.

The West Ranch football team plays Golden Valley at Valencia High School.

Both teams are 0-3 in the Foothill League. Could this be the night Golden Valley wins its first Foothill League game?

In college football, the College of the Canyons is on the road against Ventra College on Saturday.

COC is 3-4 and coming off a 37-20 win over Allan Hancock College last week.

About Kyle Jellings

Kyle Jellings grew up in the Santa Clarita Valley and graduated from Canyon High School in 2004. Following his high school career he spent three years at College of the Canyons where he graduated with his Associate's Degree. Kyle then traveled to Utah where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Communication: Journalism emphasis from Utah Valley University. While in Utah, Kyle had the opportunity to do many different internships which included a Production Assistant at ESPN 700 and a Media Relations Assistant with the 2009 MLS Cup Champions Real Salt Lake. Kyle was married to his wife Paola in 2008 and they had their first child, Calvin, in August of 2010. When Kyle is not at KHTS he enjoys spending time with his family and being involved in sports in any way.
