On this episode of the SCV Non-Profit Spotlight Show, Janice Murray is joined in-studio by Tom Burton, host of Providence Holy Cross Health Hour and Orthopedic Program Manager at Providence Holy Cross, to talk about the recently launched Community Athletic Training Program. The Community Athletic Training Program is a new program created by Providence Holy Cross Health Center at Santa Clarita that provides schools with athletic trainers to help take care of their student athletes. The Community Athletic Training Program focused on schools that don’t have the budget or donations to provide athletic trainers for their students.
The athletic trainers provided by the Community Athletic Training Program will be available for all sports programs to access during their respective seasons, and will seek to provide the necessary care that any athlete would need. Join Janice and Tom as they talk about the incredible steps the Community Athletic Training Program is taking to help schools across all of California.
