On this edition of Families in Action, California Highway Patrolman Officer Josh Greengard, a local Santa Clarita resident, is on the program to discuss the latest issues of teen driving and the dangers teens (and subsequently everybody) face on the roads.
Convicted drunk drivers may soon have a statewide requirement for ignition interlock devices if convicted of a DUI.
Senate action is being taken place to bring forth legislation to require all California drivers convicted to install breathalyzers in their automobiles.
Just last weekend the CHP arrested 22 drunk drivers in Santa Clarita. Again, with a holiday weekend upcoming, there will be maximum enforcement on the streets to get drunk drivers off the road.
