The Commercial Real Estate Hour – August 6, 2018

On this episode of The Commercial Real Estate Hour with Jesus Henao, Proposition 10 (Local Rent Control Initiative) is the main topic. Special guest Mike Brennan is on with Jesus to discuss exactly where and what the impact of Proposition 10 would have on your life. Dealing with new government propositions can be confusing, but Jesus and Mike break down what you are voting on, and the consequences of what happens whether your answer is yes or no.

Proposition 10 is also referred to as the Local Rent Control Initiative, and could give local governments control on how much landlords can charge tenants for renting apartments and houses. The proposition is going to be on the ballot this November of 2018 for California residents to vote on. Be sure to listen to today’s show to find out everything you need to know about California Prop 10!
