The Holidays can be an incredibly stressful time, which can trigger bad behaviors in all of us. On this episode of The Way Out Recovery Hour, Bob invites Dan and Michal from Grace Baptist Church to discuss the ways in which being inclusive and communicative and involved in different groups can have a positive effect on you always, but especially during challenging times.

How did you get involved at Grace Baptist?

Michal Wilson – used to be in private practice in Nebraska, moved to Santa Clarita in 2011

  • started attending Grace Baptist Church
  • met Dan then started leading groups
  • Dan asked her to come on staff
