Hour 1 – Stretch your budgets wisely. “You can buy iPhone 4’s, that used to be hundreds, now for only $1”. So keep your priorities in the right order, and do not abuse your credit or debit cards. Credit and debit cards do come with consequences.
Tip #1. Create 2 debit card accounts and keep one for spending on things such as coffee, and a separate one for paying bills. So your “coffee card” will have far less money on it in comparison to the “bill card”.
Hour 2 -An IRA is typically used by most people as an account for retirement savings; however, you can only put in so much money per year. When you pay off all of your taxes as well, you gain even more strength with retiring.
Despite having to invest in an IRA account, it is far better for young adults to rent a home rather than purchase. If the young adult is working as they should be, it can be wise to live at home with their parents for a cheap price so they can pay for their own goods while they’re able to save up for future investments.
