Santa Clarita Gazette Radio Hour – May 28, 2015

Another wild Gazette Radio Hour with Doug and John!   Doug and John brought up issues for the people on the first part of the show, specifically the big Presidential election coming up.  It’s less than a year and a half away!

Perry stopped by to talk about what was going on in SCV this week.  Robert Arvizu is accused of killing his wife Courtney, only 25 years old, from Canoga Park.  Also, a dead body was found in Santa Clarita.  The cause of death is possibly due to a heroin overdose.  However, the police are currently investigating a neighbor of this victim in connection with the death.  Also, Michael Antonovich, the most senior member of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, has declared that he’s running for senate.

Robert Patrick Lewis missed his first column in the Gazette in a long time this week but Doug and John managed to snag him for the Gazette Radio Hour!  Among other topics, Robert Patrick Lewis discussed the idea of Hilary Clinton running as well, and how “political” running for President has become.  The broadcasters and Robert discussed the lack of campaign oversight on the part of the American government, and what ramifications that will have in the future.
