Tuesdays Noon to 1pm

As a former cast member on a fitness show and a fitness model in numerous magazines, Ellen has the inside scoop on living a fit lifestyle, and shares it Tuesdays at noon.

Since Ellen Como was in elementary school fitness was her favorite subject. On rainy days a teacher in her 4th grade would play a record "Go you chicken fat" while all the other students played along. Ellen would try her hardest to make every move perfect. Excercise and fitness became a constant in her life at a very young age. Her first job was a aerobic teacher at a local womens gym. Women at that time didn't lift weights but Ellen found her way into the men's side of the gym, lifted a weight and was hooked. That was 25 years ago and Ellen has been enjoying learning and teaching fitness ever since. This is her first time on radio although she is no stanger to the media. Being one of the cast members in a fitness show and fitness model in magazines she has stayed on top of the cutting edge and inside scoop of fitness.  She is excited and looking forward to sharing all her fitness experience with listeners in hopes she can promote how important fitness is for every lifestyle. She wants to teach everyone how to make fitness a part of their life.

Ellen Como has been a resident of the Santa Clarita Valley for 12 years and has two sons.
