I will admit that I have never left the country- so my knowledge of other cultures is limited- but I still stand firm on my claim that in order to experience a little Sicily or far from Santa Clarita experience you must visit Piccola Trattoria.

Piccola Trattoria is a family owned and operated restaurant that has been in business for six years and is located off Sierra Highway near Soledad Canyon. It is a neighborhood Italian restaurant with “fresh and unique things not found in Santa Clarita.” The restaurant is elegant and refreshing to behold and the staff is professional and friendly. The atmosphere itself is that of a high class restaurant with a hometown feel.

Their reputation has been built primarily on their desserts. With an in house Sicilian pastry chef their dessert is unique and delightful. One to look out for would be their signature dessert the molten chocolate cake. Dessert aside the meals they offer are just as satisfying.
