Valencia Acura has once again snagged awards from Acura for achievements in customer service and financial success.

The family-owned dealership won Acura’s 2017 Precision Team Award, making this the ninth year in a row and the twelfth year overall that the branch was given the award.

“The status recognizes those dealership teams that demonstrate superior achievement in customer satisfaction, sales and service training, customer follow-up, and business management,” according to an Acura press release.

Valencia Acura also won Acura’s Council of Excellence Award from Acura Financial Services due to their supposed range of financing options for customers. This is the fourteenth year in a row that the dealership has been recognized for this achievement.

The winners of Acura’s awards are determined by client feedback, including surveys completed  by customers from various dealerships.

“For over 20 years, we have worked to create a car buying experience based on treating customers the way we ourselves would want to be treated,” said co-owner Cheri Fleming.
