The Boys & Girls Club of the Santa Clarita Valley, in partnership with the Santa Clarita Swap Meet, will be collecting school supplies for children in need.

The Boys & Girls Club of the SCV will be collecting pens, pencils, erasers, colored pencils, markers, spiral notebooks, folders, binders and new or gently used backpacks.

The school supplies will be distributed to children in need at the Boys & Girls Club of the SCV.

“We are very happy to be working with the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Clarita and serving our community,” said Monica Lesh, Artistic Coordinator for the Santa Clarita Swap Meet. “The shoppers at the Santa Clarita Swap Meet and the Santa Clarita community in general have always been very generous with their donations and we look forward to providing some much needed school supplies to our local students.”

Donations can be dropped of at the Boys & Girls Club of the SCV’s office from 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., Friday through Thursday until Aug. 16.
