Larry Duran, 51, who lives at the Valencia Travel Park Village off Henry Mayo Drive in Castaic, was arrested Thursday around 1:30 p.m., after deputies responded to a report of a shots fired call.

When deputies arrived on scene and investigated, they discovered what appeared to be shot-out windows and bullet holes in the walls consistent with the report. The trailer was located in the Travel Park Village at the 27000 block of Henry Mayo Drive.

Duran was accused of the discharge of a firearm with gross negligence; carrying a loaded, unregistered handgun; possession of metal knuckles; and receiving stolen property, less than $950 in value.

“Deputies responded and (the suspects) surrendered to deputies immediately,” said Sgt. Allen of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station. “It doesn’t appear that anyone was injured.”

Fire official confirmed there was no call for medical personnel.
