Century 21 Real Estate LLC, including both the corporate and Santa Clarita offices,  have partnered with Midvale a Utah-based CENTURY 21 Everest Realty Group.

The LLC, franchisor of the iconic CENTURY 21 brand with the largest global network in the residential real estate industry, recently announced that its market momentum in 2015 has taken a giant leap forward in 2016 with the announcement that Southern California’s Troop Real Estate, including the Santa Clarita branch of the company, has made the partnership.

Troop, a 29-year unaffiliated brokerage with 550 agents, 14 offices, including one on Valencia Boulevard, and a leading market share in and around Ventura and Los Angeles counties in California, will now operate as CENTURY 21 Troop Real Estate.

The news comes on the heels of the brand’s year-end announcement that 42 independent real estate companies in the United States and five international master franchisors selected Century 21 Real Estate in 2015 as the best platform for their affiliated agents, their market, and the long-term growth and success of their company.
