The vehicle was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed and collided with several trees and a traffic signal pole, said Detective Jeff Maag of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station’s traffic office.

“There were two males (in one vehicle) driving way too fast,” Maag said. “We do believe alcohol was a factor.”

The driver of the vehicle sustained serious injuries and was transported to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in critical condition.

  1. STOP SPEEDING EVERYONE!!!!

  2. Stop drinking and driving ans stay off your phones.

  3. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends that knew and loved these young men, at this time, I know that the parents are going through the most heart wrenching ache they will ever experience in their lifetime, no matter the circumstances, at this time these families need love and support and not judgement.
