KHTS, your Hometown Station, is seeking entries for the second annual Holiday Light Tour to be held Friday, Dec. 12. The annual contest is looking for streets and single family home entries that feature Christmas lights and holiday lights in the Santa Clarita Valley.

“We are looking for the best and brightest lights in the Santa Clarita Valley,” said Head Light Tour Judge Michele Buttelman. “It is a fun time of year and a great way to share your holiday spirit with your neighbors.”

The theme of this year’s event is “Holiday Hotspots.”

Buttelman said residents are encouraged to enter single homes or entire streets decorated with Christmas or holiday lights to be judged during the 5 to 11 p.m. tour on Dec. 12.

Results of the best Christmas lights and holiday lights will be published on the KHTS website, Hometownstation.com on Saturday, Dec. 13. A map posted on the website will direct SCV residents to the best “holiday light hotspots.”
