“My understanding is that he has listed his home for sale,” Morris Thomas, McKeon’s Santa Clarita Valley representative, said Wednesday.
The Westridge home on the 27000 block of Timberline Terrace is on the market for $1.2 million, according to a listing from Mike Lebecki, a realtor with RE/MAX of Valencia.
The single-family four-bedroom, four-bathroom 3,539 square-foot home was built in 2003. (Click here for the listing.)
Previously, the McKeons lived on Joyce Place in Stevenson Ranch. They sold that home in August 2002, according to online records.
The Westridge home is believed to be McKeon’s only residence in the Santa Clarita Valley.
McKeon announced his decision to retire in January this year, endorsing former state Sen. Tony Strickland to replace him.

State Sen. Steve Knight, R-Antelope Valley, won Tuesday’s election for the 25th Congressional District seat over Strickland.
What will happen to Knight’s vacated seat has yet to be determined, Knight said, although he said he would be surprised if there was an appointment versus a special election.
