Deputies are investigating a report of gunshots fired in the 27300 block of Palo Verde Place in Canyon Country Friday night.

“We did investigate a shooting,” said Lt. Somoano. “(Deputies) found evidence of shooting, but no one was hit.”

The incident was reported at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the neighborhood of Jakes Way.

There is currently no information on possible suspects, according to Lt. Somoano.
