“We are committed to helping people live their lives to the fullest, and part of that is preserving and enhancing the ability to hear,” Aronson said. “An open house such as this is a great community opportunity, whether for those new to hearing aids or those looking to update their current hearing aid technology.”
Set for March 19 and 20 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (both days) at Advanced Audiology’s Valencia office, the open house will include free hearing screenings and consultations, free testing and cleaning for individuals’ current hearing aids and technology demonstrations. Limited space is available, and Advanced Audiology requests those interested call to make an appointment during the open house.
Resting in the second bend of the ear canal, SoundLens hearing aids are invisible to others, and are custom molded to fit each user’s ears. They utilize technology that makes higher-frequency sounds, such as children’s and women’s voices, easier to hear, and also include noise reduction. The unit’s sound compression technology helps differentiate soft speech from loud.
During the open house, Advanced Audiology will offer 45-day risk free trials of the SoundLens, in addition to special 12-month financing.
