  1. Suspect was to be serving a total of 9 years 8 months so what was the state doing releasing this obviously dangerous individual back into our community? In addition this is just another example how all the gun laws you pass have absolutely zero meaning or effect on keeping us safe from violent criminals. This individual was able to get a weapon now on two occasions to commit violent acts including against an armed law enforcement officer. Get a clue, all the gun laws in the world do nothing more than remove guns from innocent public who need them to protect themselves and their loved ones. As long as the state and courts practice this revolving door justice system our society is under attack from these individuals like Mr. Guerra.

  2. If my math is correct this POS was sentenced to 9 years and 8 months for his prior violations and was paroled after only serving 3 total years! Then he almost immediately tries to kill a deputy by shooting him in the neck!

Our system is broken! This should have never happened. We need to build more prisons and keep scum like this away from civilized society. Keep in mind that the longer they are out of prison, the more likely they will reproduce.
