I am currently a resident in the Sand Canyon Area and have been for 10 years. I am looking for a clean, non-smoking guest house for myself, a small dog and a cat who are both house trained & receive vaccination/tick & flea prevention on a regular basis.

Private driveway would be a plus. I am a clean, organized employed, a non-smoker, Christian middle aged female. Responsible & cheerful.

References available upon request. Available to view properties as soon as this weekend.
