Fast Frame’s annual art contest draws entries from local locations and that winner heads to the national competition.
“When I was in kindergarten, I really liked drawing and then I just kept doing it,” said Briella. “My Mom signed me up for art classes and then it just kind of went from there.”
Fast Frame Valencia had been participating in the competition for five years, and the theme this year was “Your dream vacation.”
Briella won a $250 American Express gift card, and got her winning artwork custom framed for free.
This is her second consecutive national win, winning last year with a her rendition of a “super gymnast.”
Briella is taking private art lessons at Janet Recchia Art Studio in Valencia.
Her art teacher also received a $250 American Express gift card.
Fast Frame Valencia has had four national art contest wins in a row.
For the entire month of February, Briella’s artwork will be featured on Fast Frame’s website, to see Briella’s painting visit it here.
