2013 Woman Of The Year Nominee: Sue Endress

Biography of Sue Endress:

A native of Southern California, Sue was raised in the San Gabriel Valley.  She and her husband, Bob, have been married for 35 years.  They moved to the Santa Clarita Valley in 1978 where she raised four children: a stepson, stepdaughter, and two daughters. She now has one granddaughter.  In 1980, Sue and her husband Bob opened Unicom Wireless in Santa Clarita, selling two-way radio systems, pagers, and cellular telephones. In 2004, Sue opened Sue Endress Insurance Services.

Sue’s volunteer spirit was instilled in her by her parents as they included her in community service projects at schools and church.  Her family was always involved in a community service project of some sort or helping a struggling family with their needs.  In addition to strong financial support of local charities, Sue has been active in giving her time to our community for the past 34 years. She has been a strong supporter of local school programs and involved with helping seniors at the SCV Senior Center for the past 29 years.
