45-Year-Old Woman Taken To Hospital For Alleged Drunken Driving

A 45-year-old woman by the name of Gail Wolfufurlik was taken to the hospital Saturday for driving drunk in Valencia.

“The report came in around 11:18 a.m. and police found her near Valencia Boulevard and Rockwell Canyon Road,” said Lt. Mark Hershey of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

The woman has not been arrested or charged with a DUI.

“She was driving slowly and hit a street sign, which fell onto some parked cars,” Hershey said.

She was admitted to the hospital around 12:25 p.m. for alcohol intoxication.
