2nd accident of the day at Camp Plenty Rd and Soledad injures businessman.
If today’s date wasn’t superstitious before, it is now for the employees at Int’l Tax & Accounting Network, located at the corner of Soledad Canyon Rd. and Camp Plenty. A car accident at the intersection sent one vehicle up the curb and through a window of the business, sending glass flying and employees running for cover.
“All of a sudden we stood up from our desks so we could go get some papers, and we heard a crash,” said Int’l President R.J. Kelly. “Next thing we know its coming through the window and I’ve got tires sitting in the office.”
The vehicle busted through a window that bordered a desk. As Kelly and the other employees were sent scrambling, some received minor glass cuts.
Witnesses told KHTS that of the two cars involved, one was making a left from eastbound Soledad onto Camp Plenty. The other was reportedly traveling westbound on Soledad.
Just hours earlier, a separate car had crashed approximately twenty feet west of Int’l, smashing into a marquee sign.
“It’s an unfamiliar sight, so maybe it has something to do with Friday the 13th… who knows?” Kelly concluded.
