During the show, a celebrity landscape designer will transform an overgrown or unusable backyard into a backyard that the family has always dreamed of, according to a press release from Livshin.
To be considered for a role in the show, families must have a backyard that is in serious need of a makeover, with overgrown weeds and bushes, dry brush or dying trees.
Livshin will be accepting submissions during the next couple of weeks and choose a family to star in the pilot by mid May.
Filming is scheduled to start during the second week of June.
The show will allow the family to get involved in the makeover of their backyard, Livshin said, but also include a big “reveal” at the end of each episode, after the designer has added his special touches.

Those who are interested in participating should include their name, age, address, contact information, a photo of their backyard and a brief description of how their backyard affects their family.
