Golden Oak Adult School is presenting their final performance before summer of GO Jazz Summer Prelude Concert on Friday at West Ranch High School Performance Arts Theatre.

The presentation starts at 7:30 p.m. and is to be directed by Bob Babko, the former band director at Valencia High and West Ranch High.
Several years ago, he came up with the idea to set up a Golden Oak Adult School sponsored jazz band.
The 20-piece, professional level band, GO JAZZ, is made up of local adult musicians that are recruited and accepted by Babko.
The audience can expect to hear hits from the past and present some including: Stan Kenton, Doc Severinsen, Stevie Wonder, The Beatles and Blood, Sweat, and Tears.
The tickets are $10 for general admission and $5 for students and seniors.
Tickets can be purchased at either at the door or in advance by calling 661-259-0033 ext 444. Doors open at 7 p.m. and refreshments are to be provided during intermission.
