Santa Clarita City Council, Arts Commission To Host New Exhibit

The Santa Clarita City Council, Arts Commission and the Arts and Events Office will be hosting a reception in July for the new exhibit “Endangered and Endeared: A Retrospective of the Art of Diane Bruckner in Memoriam.”

The exhibit is to be located in the Old Town Newhall Library Community Room on July 9 from 7 p.m. through 9 p.m.

Diane Bruckner, who won numerous awards during her lifetime for her depictions of endangered species using a variety of mediums, is evident in her ability to capture the essence and character of the animals through her attention to detail.

The exhibit will be on display through July 11, 2014.
