“It was totally fun. I went with my son and his girlfriend. It was definitely one of the most memorable times I’ve had so far and I enjoyed making memories with my son,” says Godinez of her participation on the popular game show.
“Let’s Make A Deal” is a gameshow hosted by Wayne Brady in which contestants selected from the audience can play for deals and zonks. Deals can consist of prizes such as cars, electronics, trips and appliances.. Although zonks are considered “booby prizes” and can include prizes such as fake money, fake trips, large amounts of food and even live animals.
The game show is also known for the creative and crazy costumes audience members wear in order to increase their chances of being selected. Godinez attended the taping on Sept. 19 full of energy and dressed as a firewoman.
During the time Monty Hall was the host, Godinez’s grandparents attended the show dressed as a cowboy and an Indian
Before being selected Godinez says that first “you are interviewed with one of the producers and then they take your photographs.”
For people wishing to participate in the game show she advises them to be super energetic, enjoy the moment and have fun but that energy is most important. If you are interested in attending a taping click here.
