Two suspects arrested, one person in the hospital.

At just before 2:00 a.m Saturday morning, a fight broke out on the grounds of the Valencia Town Center at Friday’s restaurant and bar.

According to Lt. Mark Hershey at the Santa Clarita Sheriff’s station, Alan Verdi and Bret Baker, both 26 years old, reportedly threw a bottle in the general direction of other patrons.

When confronted, Verdi and Baker are believed to have started a fist fight.

One victim of the fight was transported to the hospital with head injuries, and their status is not known.

As instigators of the fight, Verdi and Baker were taken into custody at the Santa Clarita Sheriff’s station.
