You can laugh your way to saving lives July 19 by participating in a blood drive for the American Red Cross at the Castaic Sports Complex.

The blood drive is sponsored by the Los Angeles county Department of Parks and Recreation and will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the complex, 31230 Castaic Road in Castaic.

Not only will you get that good feeling that comes with helping others, but all donors will receive two complimentary tickets to the Laugh Factory, two complimentary tickets to a Chivas soccer game, a coupon for free chips and queso at Chili’s, all the cookies and juice you want. In addition, each donor’s name will be entered into a drawing to win a $500 gas card.
