Bigger Storm Expected to Hit Tonight

Southern California residents are bracing for another early Winter Storm.  The National Weather Service has issued a A Flood Watch For Flash Flooding  For The Burn Areas Of Ventura And Los Angeles Counties Effective From 8 PM Today Until 3 PM Wednesday…

There Is No Flooding Occurring Now. A Flood Watch Means Flooding Is Possible But Not Imminent In The Watch Area. People In These Areas Should Stay Abreast Of The Latest Developments And Be Prepared To Take Immediate Action If A Warning Is Issued Or Flooding Is Encountered.


Today’s forecast calls for a 60% chance of showers, which are already occurring in Santa Clarita as of 10 a.m.  Heavier rain is expected tonight and into Wednesday, as it is expected that Flood Watches will be expanded and extended.
