A bike skills and safety event featuring BMX legends Aaron Chase and Tinker Juarez will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Lexus of Valencia on Creekside Road.

Cannondale Bicycle Corporation and decline magazine.com are also involved in the demonstrations.

The event is free to the public and includes three BMX ramp sessions, one each hour. There will be food and music and giveaways of bikes, helmets and Vans shoes.

The Santa Clarita Valley sheriff’s station will also present information on bike safety. This is a great opportunity for families to bring their kids, learn about street safety and have some fun.
