Third incident involving soda bottle explosives.

Two dry ice bombs exploded on the front porch of a house on Abelia Road in Canyon Country at about 11:30 Saturday night.

Debris from plastic soda bottles was found at the scene and the sheriff’s Arson and Explosives Unit are investigating the case.

This is the third incident of bottle bombs being detonated in the area in the last few weeks. Bombs were set off Jan. 3 on Floral Court and Sabado Court in Valencia. Two suspects were being sought in those cases; no descriptions were offered in Saturday’s incident.
