Los Angeles — The Board of Supervisors has unanimously approved an improvement project for Bouquet Canyon Road, from Vasquez Canyon Road to approximately 1,300 feet north of Bridge North/Bouquet Canyon Creek in Bouquet Canyon, announced Mayor Michael D. Antonovich. At an estimated cost between $1.2 and $1.4 million, the project will involve roadway resurfacing and reconstruction.  The project is to be completed in 90 working days, starting in October with an estimated completion date in February 2007.  Local residents will be informed that traffic and local access will be disrupted during the construction.
