The Azusa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a “critically missing” teenager who is known to frequent parts of the Santa Clarita Valley.

Eunice Medina, 15, was last seen on Thursday night, Nov. 26, at approximately 10 p.m. at her sister’s residence in the 600 block of Cerritos Avenue in Azusa. She has not been seen since.
Medina is considered to be a critical missing juvenile, due to the fact that she is dependent on medication.
She is known to frequent Azusa, Reseda, Woodland Hills, Santa Clarita and Canyon Country.
Medina is described as a Hispanic female, about 5’2” tall and weighing 134 lbs. She currently has black long hair, however, she has been known to change her hair color to blonde. It is not known what style or color of clothing she is wearing.
An extensive ground search for Medina was conducted by the Azusa Police Department, and neighboring law enforcement agencies have been notified.
