Brush Fire Breaks Out In Acton

Firefighters have knockdown on a brush fire that started near a house in the 34000 block of Red Rover Mine Road in Acton and burned a hillside near Sierra Highway.

 

 

No structures were damaged and no one was injured. Captain Mark Savage said that no evacuations were done and that approximately five acres had burned.

Fuel in the area is light to medium brush and there was no wind was reported in the area.
