A vehicle fire spread to the brush alongside the northbound I-5 just south of Templin Highway this afternoon, but was quickly contained to one acre by firefighters.
[view:node_ad=5]The fire broke out shortly after 2 p.m. when a Chevy Silverado broke down on the freeway. Three companies from Los Angeles County Fire Department responded and were able to get the blaze under control within 30 minutes.
