Brush Fires Near Pyramid Lake Quickly Doused By Firefighters

khts_brushfire Two small brush fires were reported along the southbound I-5 near Pyramid Lake this morning; fire crews are on the scene and have knockdown on both.

Fire officials said both fires – one close to Vista del Lago and the other at Smokey Bear Road – were confined to less than one acre.
