Business Hour Covers New Real Estate Tool

Pablo Santibanez hosts Jeff Turner on-air to talk about Real Estate Videos

In a recent edition of the Santa Clarita Business Hour, Pablo Santibanez sat in for Fred Arnold and opened the doors to Jeff Turner to talk about a new tool for real estate agents, which offers a new way to look at homes in the ever increasing online market.

Turner’s website is called , and it provides the capability to create online video presentations of homes, inside and out, accompanied by text and music. The service is an expansion of a full range of information including floor plans, a mortgage calculator, location mapping, nearby schools, and a full slate of additional pictures.

For about $125 a year, the site will host unlimited videos that realtors can upload and make available for prospective clients.

Among the reasons that Turner touts the use of music and moving pictures, is that is helps to build a connection to the house.  Rather than relying simply on information, realtors now can have the ability present a whole picture of a particular property.

Pablo Santibanez, with fastappraisals4u , first came upon by seeing some of their work while looking through listings. On the show, he highlighted the extra features the site offers, like the floor plans.  “One of the benefits I see, from the appraisal side of things, is that what we do in our company, is actually draw the floor plan of a house to verify the square footage of the house with city records,” commented Santibanez. “Sometimes city records are inaccurate, and sometimes homes are sold below their market value because of that.”

The Santa Clarita Business Hour can be heard on KHTS AM-1220 every Monday at 1:00pm.
