One of largest recent land deals in the Santa Clarita Valley paves way for two new KB Home communities that will offer spacious homes with the latest energy, water and smart home technologies in highly desirable, commuter-friendly location

KB Home, one of the nation’s largest and most recognized homebuilders, today announced it has purchased 278 lots in the beautiful Plum Canyon master plan in Santa Clarita for two new communities, Canyon Heights and Canyon Crest, in the sought-after and established neighborhood.
