With a relatively small selection of carefully selected, high quality merchandise, Santa Clarita shoppers can more easily browse a variety of casual, business and evening attire without feeling overwhelmed.Mirror, Mirror Offers Unique Clothing, Personalized Shopping Experience

“It’s not like going into a mall where you’re basically… left alone and it’s racks and racks of clothes,” Serraino said. “My store is very small; it’s very defined. The merchandise is very well selected so that when you walk inside, you’re never going to have a problem finding something that you’re looking for.”

The Mirror, Mirror team is comprised of stylists who strive to create personal relationships with their customers and provide them with a personalized shopping experience every time they visit the store, according to Serraino.

“It’s not about just selling; it’s really about the experience,” she said. “We get to know our customers, and we know what it is that they like.”

For example, when new merchandise comes in that a stylist knows may suit a particular customer’s style, the stylist will even make the effort to call the customer and let her know.

“We’re there to help you find something that’s going to look great on you,” Serraino said, “that you’re going to feel comfortable, you’re going to feel great about when you walk out of the store.”

Serraino also prides herself on carrying only unique, “one-of-a-kind” clothing, accessories and specialty gift items that Santa Clarita shoppers will never see at the mall or anywhere else.

“I like to be different,” she said. “I make it a point of carrying lines that you’re not going to see anyplace else in Santa Clarita; that’s sort of my niche.”
